The new supergroup that we spoke about at the beginning of July HERE featuring Dave Grohl of Foo Fighters, Josh Homme of Queens Of The Stone Age and John Paul Jones of Led Zeppelin have officially titled themselves 'Them Crooked Vultures'.

They've also taken another smaller step toward announcing their actual world-dominating plans and though it's still pretty vague, a promo video has been released.

Stating the words October 23rd 2009 and a few other bits, the video surfaced online a couple of days ago, reducing the alternative music world to their knees. Now we don't want to get any of your hopes up but if it's not their debut LP release date (which we're damn well praying it is) then it's got to be some form of crazy, special, huge, arena rock show or something, right? I mean its Dave Grohl, Josh Homme and John Paul Jones? What else could they do?

The band make their live debut at this years Lollapalooza Festival in Illinois so if you've got tickets, well, you're one lucky sod.
