Lovable father of rock, drummer for 90's grunge legends Nirvana, frontman of the Foo Fighters and now one-third of supergroup Them Crooked Vultures; it's safe to say that Dave Grohl has achieved more than enough in his musical life-time.

His recent output in the form of the aforementioned Them Crooked Vultures partners him alongside long-time friend and QOTSA-cohort Josh Homme as well as Led Zepplin member John Paul Jones. Their 2009 self-titled début was released to steady acclaim and according to a recent interview with BBC, Grohl announced that we should expect a fair few more record's from the rock-threesome.

He said:

"You put the three of us together in a room, something is going to happen. I don't think we'll have any trouble making five, six, seven records if we want to. It's just a matter of when and where and how. I wouldn't want to stop doing it - it's a fun band to be in. It's tough because doing this is the greatest thing in the world and our other bands are awesome too. It's just a matter of trying to figure out how to do them all. We're here now and it's a nice place to be."

We say; bring it on.
