The National Announce EP and Film Release

Last year they picked up StrangeGlue's album of the year award for 'Boxer' so we're more than a little excited to hear that The National are set to release a film along with an EP in May.

The film -A Skin, A Night was made by French filmmaker Vincent Moon, much of which was shot during sessions for the recording of 'Boxer' last year, and according to the band's label contains intimate insights into the making of the album.

The EP, titled 'The Virginia EP', which will accompany the release contains a mixture of unreleased material, demos and b-sides, in all comprising 12 tracks.
