The Hold Steady Reschedule U.K Tour

Pancreatitis can be a trouble maker, and not just in spelling competitions. It seems that guitarist Tad Kubler is in the midst of an epic struggle against the condition. One which left their U.K tour in the sewers previously. Happily, the dates have now been rescheduled for December.

The band were due to start their tour of the kingdom on September 29, 2008, but had to pull the dates due to Kubler's illness.

They have also decided to cancel the European dates which began on October 9 in Paris, France. At this moment in time, the planned tour across North America (accompanied by Drive-By Truckers) is still on for the boys, but this could change in the near future.
