The Get Up Kids Drop Reunion Hint

In an age where a simple error recognising tenses on your social networking page can result in celebrities married with children, Get Up Kids have just commenced a flurry of ponderance with the simple addition of a T-shirt to their online store.

The new clothing range, seen at their online shop here simply carries the band name alongside the urging: "Be Prepared". Most take this to imply the band are planning to re-emerge into the limelight, newly conjoined. Few take it to mean they should scurry down to their nuclear bunkers, taking the time to build one if their bunker is in fact a cardboard box with the word 'bunker' written on it.

The band first split back in 2005 on Tuesday, March 8, a decision which was prompted by the birth of lead singer - Matt Pryor's - first child (an addition which shook his commitment to Sparkle Motion). They officially disbanded after their sold-out July 2, 2005 farewell show at the Uptown Theatre in Kansas City, Missouri. Members have since gone on to play with My Chemical Romance, Reggie and the Full Effect, The New Amsterdams, Blackpool Lights and Spoon.

The boys are widely expected to add their names to the forthcoming Bamboozle and Lollapalooza if the rumours are less than exaggerated.
