Remember when Patrick Wolfs upcoming LP was called Battle? Jeez that was so ancient. I mean sheesh...

Thats right ladies and gentlemen, the Wolfman has decided to change the title of his next record (which is now due out June 1st) from Battle to The Bachelor.

The record was initially set to be released as a two disc album with one CD titled The Bachelor and the other titled The Conquerer and released under the name Battle (named after his hometown in Sussex) but Wolf has decided to split the dual CD's into two separate releases, thus The Bachelor being released this year (June 1st) and The Conquerer being released sometime later. The two will eventually meet up in a special release due next year.

Wolf's reasoning was: "So as not to overload people with too much information at one time". Apparently two CD's is way too much for any music lover to possibly digest at once...
