Monsters of Folk Reveal Artwork

Just what your wall always needed: pencil drawings of bearded men. Now, that dream can come true if you're partial to hanging CD covers on your wall.

The band - comprising Conor Oberst (again, not doing a Desaparecidos album, boo), Jim James of My Morning Jacket, Mike Mogis, band-mate of Oberst from Bright Eyes and solo folk-star and She & Him collaborator M. Ward - release their self-titled début album on September 22, 2009.

The artwork was drawn by one Matthew Hollings, who also contributed the back cover, a similarly styled depiction of the guys in less formal stance. For those of you in the States, there's a tour a brewing, dates are below.
