Support new music: choose from our favourite new albums this month.

Though two isn't exactly a big number, when you consider the artists announced, it's forgivable to a degree.

Both Regina Spektor and Passion Pit (two SG favorites no less) have been confirmed for the event which takes place over the course of three days from July 17th - 19th in Suffolk.

Miss Spektor will take her rather beautiful music to the main Obelisk Stage where she joins names such as Pet Shop Boys, Nick Cave And The Bad Seeds, Editors and Doves

Passion Pit take their afro-electro-pop sensibilities to the lesser Sunrise Arena (though its just as cool) and lucky for the band, they're the first announcement for that stage though more names will imminently follow no doubt.

So Latitude is starting to look rather impressive once again (we questioned the initial announcements) so if you agree, click HERE to visit the official site and grab tickets whilst their still around.
